About the Role
Aphex Media is a digital growth company building and scaling performance-driven online assets. We own and operate projects including Instalinko.com and other digital marketing platforms focused on traffic acquisition, SEO, and scalable monetisation.
We are looking for an Outreach & Partnerships Specialist who can build strategic relationships, secure high-impact placements, and unlock scalable distribution channels — including authority-based and parasitic SEO strategies.
This is a high-impact growth role for someone who understands how to turn relationships and authority platforms into measurable traffic and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Lead Generation
- Identify and research high-potential partners, publishers, and platforms
- Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Build and manage outreach pipelines
- Book qualified meetings for the leadership team
Authority & Parasite SEO Growth
- Identify high-authority domains suitable for strategic content placements
- Execute parasite SEO/authority-leveraging campaigns
- Secure placements on media sites, niche blogs, UGC platforms, and authority domains
- Build and manage long term publisher relationships
- Track rankings, traffic impact, and ROI from placements
- Scale high-performing external authority strategies
Campaign Optimization
- Craft personalized, high converting outreach messaging
- Continuously test angles, offers, and positioning
- Track KPIs: reply rates, placements secured, rankings, traffic impact
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in outreach, partnerships, or business development
- Strong written communication skills (English required)
- Highly organized and KPI-driven
- Comfortable working independently with full ownership
Strong Advantage If You Have:
- Experience with parasite SEO strategies
- Experience securing placements on high-authority platforms
- Existing publisher relationships
- Understanding of competitive SERPs and ranking dynamics
- Background in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or SaaS growth
- Experience with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
We are especially interested in candidates who understand how to leverage third-party authority platforms to rank competitive keywords and drive measurable traffic growth.
