About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and market launch of new product. This role is ideal for an experienced Affiliate Manager or Business Development professional in iGaming who wants to move into product ownership and product marketing.

You will own the product from concept to market adoption — shaping positioning, defining value propositions, supporting branding, and actively helping spread the word across the affiliate ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role combining product management, market education, relationship building, and light go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Define product vision and roadmap for new iGaming focused product
  • Translate affiliate and operator needs into clear product requirements
  • Work closely with development, design, and stakeholders to deliver market-ready solutions
  • Continuously gather feedback and iterate on product features and positioning

Affiliate & Market Engagement

  • Act as a product ambassador within the iGaming affiliate ecosystem
  • Leverage existing iGaming networks to validate ideas, test concepts, and drive early adoption
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, networks, and industry partners
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and online communities to represent the product

Product Marketing & Positioning

  • Shape product messaging, value propositions, and use cases tailored to affiliates
  • Support branding, product presentations, demos, and pitch materials
  • Collaborate on launch plans, announcements, and ongoing market education
  • Work with marketing teams to help “spread the word” across industry channels

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate between product, marketing, sales, and business development
  • Support sales teams with product knowledge, demos, and affiliate-focused narratives
  • Ensure consistent product communication across all touchpoints

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

  • Strong background in iGaming, preferably as:
    • Affiliate Manager
    • Business Development Manager
    • Affiliate Network Manager
  • Solid understanding of casino affiliate models, traffic monetization, tracking, and KPIs
  • Existing network of casino affiliates and operators is a major advantage

Skills & Mindset

  • Aspiring or established Product Manager mindset with commercial instincts
  • Strong communicator who can explain products clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable presenting, pitching, and building trust in the market
  • Strategic thinker with a practical, execution-oriented approach
  • Natural relationship builder who enjoys being visible in the industry

Nice to Have

  • Previous involvement in product launches or product ownership
  • Experience with SaaS, platforms, or tools for iGaming
  • Familiarity with branding, positioning, or go-to-market strategy
